YouTube Video Batch Publisher ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension published by RippaX Labs, LLC ("we", "us") that helps users manage, publish, and schedule their own YouTube videos in bulk directly within YouTube Studio.

Summary

We do not operate any server and we do not collect, receive, or store your video data. Everything the Extension does with your YouTube content happens locally in your browser. The only personal data involved is the email address you provide to our payment processor if you choose to buy the optional Pro upgrade.

Data We Collect

We collect no data ourselves. The Extension has no backend server, sends no analytics, and makes no network requests to us.

If you purchase the optional Pro upgrade, our third-party payment processor (see Payments) collects your email address in order to issue and verify your licence. We never receive or store your payment card details.

What Is Stored Locally on Your Device

The Extension uses Chrome's built-in storage APIs (chrome.storage.sync and chrome.storage.local) to save:

• Your preferences (default visibility, timezone, metadata templates, schedule settings)
• Cached draft video titles, used by the scheduling wizard
• Progress and results of your last batch operation
• Your Pro licence status, cached from the payment processor

This data stays on your device. Chrome may sync your preferences across your own browsers via your Google account using Chrome's built-in sync. It is never sent to any server controlled by us.

How the Extension Interacts with YouTube Studio

The Extension works by automating the YouTube Studio web interface on your behalf. When you click "Run", it reads video titles, descriptions, and draft status from the YouTube Studio page you already have open, and performs the clicks and form inputs needed to carry out the action you selected.

This content is processed only in your browser and is never transmitted off your device. The Extension does not use the YouTube Data API, does not access your Google account credentials, and acts only on the channel you are signed into.

The Extension never automates engagement of any kind — it will not generate views, likes, subscriptions, or comments.

Payments

The optional Pro upgrade is handled by ExtensionPay, with card processing by Stripe. When you upgrade, you interact directly with their pages and provide your email address and payment details to them — not to us. We receive only your licence status (paid or not paid) and the email associated with the licence.

We do not process, see, or store payment card information. Please see ExtensionPay's Privacy Policy and Stripe's Privacy Policy for their practices.

Permissions and Why They Are Needed

• activeTab — to act on the YouTube Studio tab you are viewing, only after you click Run
• scripting — to inject the automation script into YouTube Studio
• storage — to save your preferences and run state locally
• notifications — to show a local notification when a batch run finishes
• host permission (studio.youtube.com) — to run the automation on YouTube Studio pages; no other site is accessed

Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates with extensionpay.com only to verify Pro licence status and to process optional payments. No other third-party service is used, and no analytics or tracking is included.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the Extension, or you can clear it at any time from the Results tab and Chrome's extension settings. To delete the email associated with a Pro licence, contact ExtensionPay or us using the link below.

Children

The Extension is a tool for video creators and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
