YouTube Video Batch Publisher ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension published by RippaX Labs, LLC ("we", "us") that helps users manage, publish, and schedule their own YouTube videos in bulk directly within YouTube Studio.
We do not operate any server and we do not collect, receive, or store your video data. Everything the Extension does with your YouTube content happens locally in your browser. The only personal data involved is the email address you provide to our payment processor if you choose to buy the optional Pro upgrade.
We collect no data ourselves. The Extension has no backend server, sends no analytics, and by default transmits nothing about you or your videos. The only network requests involving our website are the two strictly optional, non-personal mechanisms described under Automatic reliability updates and Anonymous breakage reports below.
If you purchase the optional Pro upgrade, our third-party payment processor (see Payments) collects your email address in order to issue and verify your licence. We never receive or store your payment card details.
To keep working when YouTube changes its interface, the Extension may periodically download a small configuration file (a list of page-element selectors — data, never executable code) from our static website. This is a normal outbound web request that sends no personal data and no information about you or your videos; it only downloads updated selectors. It can be disabled at any time in the Extension's options.
You may optionally enable "Send anonymous breakage reports" in the Extension's options. When — and only when — this is enabled and YouTube Studio changes its layout so that an action can no longer find the on-page controls it needs, the Extension sends a small diagnostic report so a fix can be shipped quickly. That report contains only: an internal adapter identifier (e.g. youtube-studio), the adapter version, the names of the on-page controls that could not be found (e.g. draftRow), and the Extension version. It contains no page URLs, no video or channel titles, no account information, and no device or user identifier. This setting is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
The Extension uses Chrome's built-in storage APIs (chrome.storage.sync and chrome.storage.local) to save:
This data stays on your device. Chrome may sync your preferences across your own browsers via your Google account using Chrome's built-in sync. It is never sent to any server controlled by us.
The Extension works by automating the YouTube Studio web interface on your behalf. When you click "Run", it reads video titles, descriptions, and draft status from the YouTube Studio page you already have open, and performs the clicks and form inputs needed to carry out the action you selected.
This content is processed only in your browser and is never transmitted off your device. The Extension does not use the YouTube Data API, does not access your Google account credentials, and acts only on the channel you are signed into.
The Extension never automates engagement of any kind — it will not generate views, likes, subscriptions, or comments.
The optional Pro upgrade is handled by ExtensionPay, with card processing by Stripe. When you upgrade, you interact directly with their pages and provide your email address and payment details to them — not to us. We receive only your licence status (paid or not paid) and the email associated with the licence.
We do not process, see, or store payment card information. Please see ExtensionPay's Privacy Policy and Stripe's Privacy Policy for their practices.

Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the Extension, or you can clear it at any time from the Results tab and Chrome's extension settings. To delete the email associated with a Pro licence, contact ExtensionPay or us using the link below.
The Extension is a tool for video creators and is not directed at children under 13.
