By downloading, installing, or using Simple Pattern ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Simple Pattern is a mobile application that provides customizable haptic vibration patterns for relaxation and entertainment purposes. The App uses your device's built-in haptic engine to generate vibration patterns.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Simple Pattern is NOT a medical device. The App is designed solely for relaxation and entertainment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions
Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort
The App should not be used on or near medical devices such as pacemakers

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Free Features

Simple Pattern offers core vibration features at no cost, including manual mode with preset patterns.

5.2 Simple Pattern Pro

Premium features are available through an auto-renewable weekly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

5.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

5.4 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

6. User Content

The App allows you to import media into a private vault and create custom patterns. You retain all ownership rights. All content is stored locally on your device.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that could cause physical harm
Use the App while operating vehicles or heavy machinery
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Simple Pattern are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Device Safety

Use the App in accordance with Apple's device safety guidelines. Prolonged use of intense vibration patterns may cause device heating; take breaks as needed.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details. All data stays on your device.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that haptic patterns will produce any specific therapeutic benefit.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
