Simple Pattern ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Simple Pattern mobile application ("App").

By using Simple Pattern, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Subscription Information: When you subscribe to Simple Pattern Pro, payment is processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, credit card numbers, or Apple ID credentials.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Motion Data: The App uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope to enable motion-reactive haptic patterns. This data is processed locally on your device in real time and is never transmitted, stored, or shared.
• Audio Data: When you use the audio-reactive mode, the App accesses your device's microphone to analyze sound levels in real time. Audio data is processed entirely on your device, is never recorded, and is never transmitted to any server.
• Session Data: The App may store anonymous session history (duration, mode used) locally on your device to provide personalized recommendations. This data never leaves your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect health or medical data
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not collect browsing history or usage patterns outside the App
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• We do not collect or process facial data or biometric information

Media Vault

Simple Pattern includes a private media vault feature where you can import photos and videos from your device's photo library. All imported media is stored locally on your device in the App's sandboxed storage. Media files are:

• Never uploaded to any server or cloud service
• Never shared with third parties
• Never accessed by us in any way
• Encrypted by iOS at the device level
• Deleted when you remove them from the vault or uninstall the App

Data Storage and Security

All data generated by Simple Pattern is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive, process, or store any user data. Your data is protected by iOS's built-in security features, including app sandboxing, device-level encryption, and Secure Enclave protection.

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle payment information. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

No Other Third Parties

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

Simple Pattern does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation or personal information to use.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times:

• Access: All your data is on your device
• Delete: You can delete session history, vault media, and custom patterns within the App
• Complete Removal: Uninstalling the App removes all associated data from your device
