How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Go to Settings > tap "Go Premium" > tap "Restore Purchase". Your premium features will be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID.

The app is not making any sound.

Make sure your device is not in silent mode (check the physical mute switch). Also check that the volume is turned up and no Bluetooth audio devices are connected that may be routing sound elsewhere.

What are binaural beats?

Binaural beats are created when two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear. Your brain perceives a third "beat" frequency equal to the difference. This is an optional feature in the app — it is not a medical treatment.

Can I use this app while sleeping?

Yes! The Sleep mode is designed for overnight use. The app generates continuous audio and has built-in safety limits to protect your hearing.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Simple Visual Noise works completely offline. All audio is generated on-device and all music tracks are bundled with the app.

What retro skins are included?

The app includes 4 visual themes: Modern (free), 1-Bit/GBA (free), Analog Hardware (premium), and CRT Terminal (premium). Switch between them in Settings > Theme Skin.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.
