SimpleMath Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SimpleMath — Kids Math app and this support website. They are written for parents and guardians.

License agreement

SimpleMath is distributed through the Apple App Store. Use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these explanatory terms conflict with that agreement, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Using SimpleMath

SimpleMath provides age-appropriate primary-school math activities. The app does not require an account. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the app and device.

Premium purchases

SimpleMath Premium offers monthly, annual, and lifetime purchase options. Purchases are optional, shown only after the in-app parent gate, and processed by Apple through the Apple Account used for purchase. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The annual plan may include a seven-day free trial where offered. Prices and availability can vary by storefront.

Privacy

SimpleMath stores optional learner settings and progress on the device. It does not use advertising, analytics, accounts, or tracking. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised date.
