William Jiamin ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") built ThumbnailMaker ("the App") as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The App operates entirely on your device. There are no user accounts, no analytics services, no advertising SDKs, no tracking technologies, and no server-side components.
The App requests access to your Photo Library for two purposes:
Photos you select are processed locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any server, shared with third parties, or transmitted over the internet.
The App offers a one-time premium purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never accessible to us. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple processes transactions.
All app data, including your projects, settings, and exported thumbnails, is stored locally on your device. We do not use iCloud syncing, remote databases, or any cloud storage.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or data-collection services.
Because the App does not collect any personal information from any user, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, nor from any other age group.
The App does not collect or process personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation. Since no personal data is collected, there is no data to access, rectify, port, or delete. If you have questions about your rights, you may contact us at the address below.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you. We confirm that we collect no personal information, sell no personal information, and share no personal information with third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
